General Policies

$50.00 minimum order required to ship within the U.S. For all international destinations, minimum order requirement is $500 with free freight
We only ship via UPS, using ground service or express if requested. Please provide a street address, as UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ship via U.S. Mail only to non-continental U.S. and international addresses, using Priority Mail.
We pack our orders as carefully as we make our paint, shipping in-stock items in 3 to 5 days from order date. This does not include transit time, so please plan ahead to avoid disappointment. Back orders shipped free.
We will give shipping charges via e-mail to buyers for non-continental U.S., and request their approval prior to shipment.
International orders, which must total at least $500, will automatically receive free freight via USPS Priority Mail International

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Sales Tax Notice: We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York State, but you are required to report this purchase for Use Tax if shipping elsewhere. Please consult your tax professional for guidance.
